  • CWR 10 Years Logo 200    2012 marks the tenth year of Santa Monica Citywide Reads. The featured book is Raymond Chandler's The Lady in the Lake, a classic example of Chandler's trademark brand of hard-boiled detective fiction. Citywide Reads 2012 will take place from February 22 to March 31. We invite everyone to read along with us, discuss the book with friends, neighbors and co-workers at any of the book discussions listed below, and join us at any of the very special events we have planned to celebrate this special year of Santa Monica's longest-lasting community reading program.
