The Library's online catalog offers a variety of functions to help you manage your patron account. You will need to login with your library card number and PIN to access your account. Your 4-digit PIN (personal identification number) was assigned to you when you registered for your library card. A basic catalog is available for those who do not wish to register with the BiblioCommons online catalog. The basic catalog retains account management, search and holds functions, while excluding reading lists, recommendations, and social networking features.
The system offers two login options: session level and task level.
Session Level: This option allows you to login once for an entire session. The session level login function appears in the upper right corner of most online catalog screens, or you may click on "My Account" at the upper right corner of this page.
Task-Level Login: If you have not performed a session-level login, the system will prompt you for your library card number and PIN the first time you use an account-specific function.

For privacy and security reasons, forgotten PIN numbers are not provided over the phone. You may click Forgot your PIN? in the online catalog, and follow the prompts to change your PIN. Alternatively, you may bring a current Photo ID to one of our four locations and ask the Customer Service staff to assign you a new PIN.
