    Rock the Vote 
    Nonpartisan, nonprofit group that encourages young people (and older people who still rock) to be politically active.

    Smart Voter
    League of Women Voters educational site with information on current and past elections, how to register to vote, and a link that allows the user to find his/her personal ballot with candidates and measures by entering an address and zip code.
